Yearchips Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you build concrete for a living, you can ask to join our network. Homeowners reach out to us with new jobs, and we pass them to providers who fit.

These are not jobs at Yearchips Concrete. You stay your own boss. You run your crew, set your prices and sign your own contracts.

Who we are looking for

We want independent providers who build new concrete flatwork in Minnetonka and the Minnetonka area. That includes:

• Concrete driveways
• Concrete patios
• Stamped concrete

If you also offer sealing, drainage work or small fixes after the pour, tell us. Homeowners often ask about care once the job is done.

What we expect

Homeowners trust providers with their yards and homes. We ask you to meet a few simple standards:

• Hold the license, permit and insurance your area requires
• Give honest, written quotes
• Show up when you say you will, or call ahead if plans change
• Explain the base, joints and drainage in plain words
• Talk about sealing and upkeep
• Treat every property with care

We look for calls about new work. Providers should be ready for that kind of job.

How to apply

• Your business name
• The towns you cover
• The types of concrete work you do
• A short note about your license and insurance
• A few photos of finished jobs, if you have them

We read each note and reply if there is a fit. Joining depends on coverage and need in each area, so we cannot promise a spot.
