How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Yearchips Concrete wants to treat everyone fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Yearchips Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer care. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Yearchips Concrete cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money you paid a provider. We cannot act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@yearchips.garden. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
